That's the funniest thing I ever heard. I highly doubt that since all the cast is back and reclaiming their characters.
However if you meant another HSM like HSM4 then no. This is the last time we will see the original HSM cast. However I heard Disney is already planning a HSM4 with a new cast. Think Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato might be in it?

Yes I bet V was getting into trouble about that but the thing is that it was in her past so they could barely do anything. Plus she apologized to her fans, which was the mature thing to do. Lastly she doesn't work for Disney, but a different company that hires her from what I heard.
However Disney has confirmed that there will be a HSM4, but with all new character, which they will most likely be shown in HSM3. Disney is just trying to make it bigger, which they shouldn't do. >_< WAY to much at stake for them.
True, I think it's special as 3 films. afterall Harry potter finally came to a halt. So i think that people are going to be fans to it because they can imagine what will happen after hSM3.
